Base Mainnet gasLimit will increase from 100Mgas/s to 125Mgas/s on Thursday Nov 6th, between 15:00 and 17:00 UTC.

This will be achieved by setting the gasLimit parameter to 250_000_000 per block, and keeping the 1559 elasticity multiplier to 4, resulting a gasTarget of of 62_500_000 per block.
